Please wear a skin tight vest top or more preferably no bra when measuring this will ensure you get the truest measurements possible.
Underbust: Place a measuring tape under your bust around your rib cage, make sure it sits level around the body. Use the table below to find out your under-band size.

Overbust: Place a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, make sure it sits level around the body. Remember don’t hold the measuring tape too tight. The overbust measurement – underbust measurement = The difference in size is the cup size. See table below.

For example: Underbust measurement is 29.5 inches you are 34 under-band size. Overbust measurement is 33 inches, take your (overbust measurement) 33 – 29.5 (underbust measurement) = 3.5 inches difference so you need to buy a 34B bra size.
