Yes! It is not a problem. We will exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and with the original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure all briefs/bodysuits are tried on over your own underwear.

All our beautiful items are made to order in the UK. Your order will be sent out within 3-5 days (often quicker) of your order being placed.

All our beautiful lingerie is made to order in our studio in Leeds, UK by our team of highly talented seamstresses/corsetieres.

If you have a bra strap for example that has come loose after a few years of wearing we are happy for you to send the item to us and we can fix your item, so you can the most out of your beautiful lingerie. For more information and guidance over on our repair page.

Yes we do, we have two options available in terms of gift wrapping. All of our corsets and lingerie will be sent out in their own satin envelop dust bags so you can store and protect your items so they last a lifetime. We also offer luxury black gift boxes for an additional price add these to your order at the basket stage of your order.
